RN refresher course

Anyone here in bay area who did a RN refresher course?? please let me know! i've been out of school for 4years and just passed nclex RN last march 27. i finished my BSN in the philippines and took a year to get my diploma and months to process my papers here in Cali. then got into family problems and needed to work. i don't have any nursing experience! so for those who took a refresher course how did it help you get a job?? how long did you took the course and how much??
