LTC nurse possibly becoming hospital nurse.

Hi so this may not be the right place but I'm not sure where else to post. I'm a nurse who's been in the LTC scene for 3 years now, so it's all I know. I'm good with all the LTC stuff.

Recently I applied for a hospital and now it's looking pretty positive that I may get it. So bascially I'm wondering about the transition between the two places.

Any recommendations? I'm sure I'll be orientated on the unit. But is there anything you'd recommend, suggest? I guess I'm just worried that I won't do good because I've never been in the hospital setting before. I barely remember clinicals when I try to remember how stuff was done. And I fail at starting IVs, which has me more worried.
