New Jersey ASC Pay

I have an interview with an ASC next week for a full time position with benefits. I've been an RN for 4.5 years. 2 years working on an ortho/med-surg ..another 2.5 years working on a surgical unit as well as 9 months working same day sx at the hospital...Now my question is how much should I be asking for hourly? I've been per diem for the past 2.5 years now and have been getting paid between $42-$49/hr. Would asking $38 be too much?
