Two offers which one should I pick

Hi all

I have two offers to pick from from the hospital that I currently work from as a nurse tech, surgical or a position in the rehab unit. Can someone share some light on this I do wanna do surgical since I'll be more marketable with med-surg experience but I'm wondering if it makes any difference since it's within the hospital.
