Registered Nurse Wages in Utah

Hello,

I am an RN in Utah with 14 years of experience, 7 of which have been in Labor and Delivery. As I look at relocating within Utah, I am having trouble receiving clear wage information. What are new grads starting at in Utah, and what is the wage cap for experienced RNs? I expect that I should be quoted a wage somewhere in-between the starting wage, and the cap. Anybody willing to share what they know?
