Favorite health care books

Anyone have health care books they recommend of the non-reference nature?

I have some favorites:

Trauma Junkie by Janice Hudson, a collection of stories from a flight nurse

How We Do Harm by Otis Brawley, by an oncologist related to how we practice medicine and what's wrong with the system. I loved this book, I had to read it for a class, and it was amazing.

Emergency Laughter by Mike Cyra, written by a paramedic, this is one of the BEST books, and I had tears running down my face while reading this.

When Chicken Soup Isn't Enough by Suzanne Gordon, written by a nurse. I read this book while still in school and pretty frustrated with one particular teacher. This is a collection of stories written by nurses. The reason for the title is that the author is not a big fan of the chicken soup stories that may lead non-nursing readers to believing that nursing isn't very skilled but very spiritual and superstitious.

I know I've read a few more, but these are probably my favorites! I've read most of these more than once.
