Time Management

How do you manage your time? How do you complete all your tasks in a given shift?
Hello! I am a new nurse and I am having trouble with time management, remembering to complete some tasks (and I write them down). If you could offer some advice on how to develop a system that will help me, please share! Thank you!

I typed up a list of all the tasks that I had to finish in a shift. I laminated the list and then use a dry erase marker to check of each item as I complete it. It worked well for me until I got everything memorized and created a system. I hope you find something that works for you.Good luck,Leesha

I actually scheduled jobs through out the shift to keep me on task.

Time management= unrealistic expectations placed on you by management.Figuring out THAT equation will take awhile.
