HCAPs and Health Care Reform

For those of us that are dealing with the ridiculously unrealistic expectations of HCAP scores I have a question; now that the healthcare law is in effect, are HCAP scores going to be more or less relevant?
More, because hospitals are being held accountable for their performance in all measures. Consumers are becoming more informed as to how their local facility of choice compares locally and nationally. Some of this is good and some of it could be done a lot better.
