ask about nephrology nurse

hello fellow nurses and medical related course!
i am already a certified nephrology nurse and our hemodialysis unit will soon to fuction.
my query is, what is the fair salary of a nephrology nurse? provicial based.

and another one is what are your experiences as a staff nurse during the first week of duty in a hemodialysis unit?
