Is it easy to transition from home care to hospital?

I am a no experience RN. I graduated 18 months ago and still can't find a job. I was given a conditional offer from a home care agency. At this point I don't care about the money, just experience and keeping up with skills.
However, when I do go back to get a hospital job, will managers see this as a positive or negative?

Will I be pidgeon holed into home care my whole career?
