Auto reject application AGAIN?

Hi everyone. I was wondering if I could get some insight. The other night, I applied for a med/surg position online for Cadence Health. In less than an hour, I got an email stating "Thank you....but we are pursuing other candidates." I looked back at the application under career and it stated "Experienced." So I thought "Ohhhh, I hadn't seen that while I applied. (Under minimum qualifications it stated that new grads must have ACLS within 6 months of hire, so I assumed they were accepting new grad applications.) So, I then applied for the one and only Entry Level position posted for med/surg/telemetry. It stated "degree required: associates" so I met all the minimum requirements including my 1 year and 3 months RN experience. Again, I received the same email. So NOW I don't understand. I wasn't counting on getting a call for an interview because I am aware of the volume of applicants they receive. I don't understand, however, how I got rejected so soon. I didn't skip any part of the application, so that's not it. Any thoughts on why I would get an auto reject? Due to the very little time between application sent and reject email received, I can't see an HR person having read through my resume already and decide to toss it. Thoughts?
All 245,382 applicants before you took the slot. Meeting the minimal requirements means you will get minimal consideration. Sorry, play again.

Maybe there are "key" words that the computer is looking for. For instance, I know a lot of hospitals here look for certain words like "EPIC experience," or "management" or "wound care," etc.

You will probably never know. Maybe there were more BSN grads applying than ADN grads, and the sorting algorithm made you drop out of the bottom. Or maybe the computer remembered you from the first application and is programmed to drop duplicate apps, or it thought in its little mechanical brain, "Oh, she's the one that didn't read the directions the first time."
