Telephonic nurse triage

I am a nurse with about ten years ER experience. I now and married with a child and trying to get into telephonic triage from home. Any advice on how to get into this field. I have been doing hours and hours of research online and I cannot find much. Any recommendations of companies. I am in the south jeryey/Philadelphia area.
