St. Mary's Passaic NJ

I was offered a job to start there in the next week or two. I know that this hospital was supposed to declare bankruptcy and was bought out by Prime Healthcare. Before I take this job I want to know if there is job security in this job and if the merger went through yet? Does anyone know details?
