Starting a holistic program at my hospital

1 I have a dream!

Lol well more of an idea. I want to start a program at my hospital where we nurses and other practitioners could offer services like reiki, healing touch, aromatherapy, teach biofeedback and other complimentary and alternative therapies. I know some of you lovely nurses have started your own initiatives at your workplaces and I was wondering how did you start out? What did you do first? I just need a little direction! Thanks!
