3 checks 7 right system on bubble packs

Hi everyone. I was wondering what the procedure would be for doing the 3 check / 7 rights (we do the 7 rights I know others do 5,6 and even 8) on a bubble pack with multiple medications. At what point during the 3 check system would you pop all the meds out?
