Who has found work after taking an RN Refresher course?

RN refresher courses are expensive, and would like to know who has actually found work after taking a recent RN refresher course, and what kind of nursing employment did they find?
Hi! I have a very dear friend who did this and went to med-surg in the hospital I work at and is now employed in the PACU.

I did, got hired on a general med/surg floor shortly after I finished. Most of the nurses I took the course with also were successful in finding jobs.
