Double port dressing

Occasionally we get double ports and our standard occlusive dressing doesn't seem big enough and puckers at the edges/comes loose, necessitating more dressing changes. Has anyone found something that works to adequately cover these sites?
Use a sterile scissors and trim a second dressing to fit over the second port. Are both ports being accessed simultaneously?

Comment:
Yes, typically they are receiving chemo, fluids, antiemetics etc and both are accessed at the same time.

So trim off the border part of the 2nd dressing so it adheres somewhat seamlessly to the first dressing?

Comment:
Place the huber needles facing away from each other. Use two separate dressings.
