Newly Graduated Nurse

Hello,

Like the title states, I'm a newly graduated nurse having earned my BSN this May. I was just hired through a local hospital as an orthopedic nurse, and I think reality has finally hit me that all this is becoming real. I have a mix of feelings of being excited, scared, and nervous all at the same time. I believe in myself but some days I question whether I can do it all and not kill a patient. Is there any wisdom or advice any nurses can give to help?
