did anybody know which states texas board of nursing accept their nclex exams ? thanks
did anybody know which state is compactable with texas RN. that's you can take your board exam in that state and will be accepted in texas ?

Comment:
NCLEX is valid in all states. If you are a TX resident you can declare residency and receive a compact license. As long as you maintain a legal permanent residence in TX you can work with your compact license in other compact states. If you live in TX you cannot have a license in another compact state such as VA, MD, or NE until you change your legal residence. If you live in TX and have a non-compact state license, for example CA or NY, that is a single state license only valid in that state. CA license only valid to work in CA. NY license only valid in NY.

If you have a valid license from another state (which you got if their Board of Nursing approved your educational preparation and allowed you to sit the NCLEX there, and you passed), you can move to TX and apply for a TX license by endorsement/reciprocity.If you are trying to do an end-around on TX because TX has already denied you licensure for some reason, like they didn't approve your original education, there is no work-around other than retaking your education and passing it to TX satisfaction before you take NCLEX.
