Home care to primary care

Hi all
I have been a home care nurse for the past 3 1/2 years. I am switching gears and starting a job with a community health center, primary care/family practice. I'm nervous and excited about the change. Just wondering if anyone has any advice on what to expect, what to brush up on? Also as part of my orientation, I will be doing "nursing comps", any advice as to what to expect with those as well? I'm assuming they are online tests of some sort but not sure.
