Where are IVP mixing charts????

I saw a thread about someone wanting to know what they could mix dilaudid with. Someone replied they could check some website but I can't remember the name.

Is there a quick guide other than calling the pharmacy or looking it up in the Med book???

The site they were referring to was micromedex and you need to have a paid subscription...it's a great site though. You can Google comparability charts and get hits...you can also buy pocket cards

See if your facility has a subscription to Micromedex. We do, and our staff can get free apps. THe drug portion is free anyway but they have LOADS of other good information.

Just a thought - do you have an automated medication dispenser, like Pyxis? It has a drug info
