CHS Clinical Ladder Program

Hey All!

My hospital is in the process of converting to CHS ownership. I was wondering if anyone who works for a CHS facility can tell me about the Clinical Ladder program or equivalent at your hospital. Our education department doesn't have any information on it and I'd like know where we are headed (I've been doing our program for a while).

My hospital is one of many in the CHS network. I am a new hire and did not hear anything about Clinical Ladder program. What does it involve? Maybe ours is called something different.

Been in a CHS hospital several years now. No clinical ladder.
