Volunteering to draw blood at outreach event

Hi all,

As a registered nurse, can you volunteer to draw blood at an outreach event? Do we need special coverage? Or are their any special circumstances? Thank you.
Drawing blood for what? Tests that require a physician order? Random blood glucose? If glucose levels what are you going to do with an abnormal result?

It is a hepatitis B campaign so the organization will be doing free screenings for the community. They will have their results mailed back to them within a few days
