Getting malpractice insurance after being disciplined

I was wondering if anyone who has been reprimanded in the past have any issues getting insurance afterwards. I got reprimanded almost four years ago. I am currently enrolled in a nurse practitioner program and I need insurance before I can do clinicals. I attempted NSO MONTHS ago and still haven't heard back. I even called to check the status and it was still pending review.
NSO will most likely deny. There are other companies to try
