NextGen Clinicals

Anyone out there in cyberland using NextGen right now? We will be live 1 yr in December and are still seeking some guidance.
Yes! I have it where I currently work! Bleck! Not a fan.

I am actually the informatics nurse and I work the floor so I get to see issues from both sides of the fence. I am curious, do you have to do your own nursing level of care charge sheets? We enter all of our supplies, etc in financials, however, our coders now want us to fill out this worksheet so they don't have to navigate the record to code the E/M levels themselves. We are trying to defend best practice from a nursing stand point and are struggling to make them understand.
