Career Advice

Hello Everyone,
I am currently in a position as a dialysis nurse at a clinic which I thoroughly enjoy. However, due to my personal situation at home, I am currently in search of a new position. I am a single mother and the sole owner of my home, which I bought within the last year. My current job requires me to start at 4:30 am, which makes it difficult to live at home with my toddler. My dilemma is child care at 4:30 am. My fiance and I have decided to go our separate ways, which also means I cannot afford to take a pay cut. There seems to be limited job opportunites at the time in my location (Southern New Jersey). Does any one have any suggestions as far as a new career search? Insurance companies maybe? I did do a search on them, but not with much luck.
