Difficult Dressing

I have a coccyx wound I am dressing. MD ordered Optifoam. The wound is one cm from anus. The tissue is almost mucosal and I cant get a dressing to stick. I am covering it with tegaderm, but it just doesn't adhere to this delicate and moist tissue. Any ideas out there?
Maybe try using skin prep to the area around the wound site? Maybe you can try using paper tape as well instead of the tegaderm. I find that paper tape adheres to coccyx wounds better than tegaderm.

I had a huge stage 4 coccyx wound that I was treating with a wound vac in the same location. Ostomy paste did the trick to get the dressing to stay on.

Sounds like great ideas. Thanks.
