Preemployment Process at The Medical City for nurse/allied health care workers

HI, Do anyone of you knows the preemployment process at The Medical City for Allied Health care professionals?

I was invited for exam and I would like to ask how's the process, how long is the training period, do they give a decent salary during the start of the training etc.. Thank you so much.
