Guthrie Health: Hiring newly-graduated nurse?

Greetings All. I am a nursing student who will graduate in May, 2015. I currently work as a CNA in an LTC facility. I want to work as a nurse in a hospital and am primarily interested in Robert Packer hospital. I am originally from that area of Pennsylvania and now living in another state.
What kinds of things does Guthrie look for in a newly-graduated nurse such as qualifications and work experience? Is there a certain time of year when newly-graduated nurses are hired or is it continuous throughout the year? Is it possible to apply prior to graduation? And what about the Nursing Fellowship Program, is it something that is being done continuously, or is there a specific time of the year when it starts? Any information you can give about getting hired as a Guthrie nurse will be appreciated.
