conduct an interview with a healthcare professional regarding quality improvement (qi). ask the interviewee(s) to address quality improvement in their institution. suggested people to interview include the nurse manager, assistant nurse manager, charge nurse, unit nurse educator, staff nurse, unit clerk, physician, director of quality improvement.

b. what was the basis for selection of this project?
c. what qi tools are being used with this project?
d. what clinical outcomes have been or will be impacted?
e. what is the role of your interviewee (you) in the qi process?
