RN student needs OB Newborn Care Plan Help!

Hello fellow students and nurses!

I am working on a care plan for my OB clinical. It's on the newborn, rather than the mother. The diagnosis I chose was Risk for Ineffective Thermoregulation R/T Immature Compensatory Metabolic Temperature Regulation. I have an overabundance of objective data on the baby, but I can't think of anything I can include for subjective data, as infants can't exactly TELL you what's wrong. I have the expected outcomes, interventions, rationale and evaluations finished, but I'm totally stumped on subjective data! Any ideas?

Thanks, guys!
Subjective data:Difficulty feeding? Difficulty with rousing/waking?

Comment:
Sure the baby does.....is the baby calm, is the baby easily soothed? Subjective data on the baby would include what the mom is saying...like I can't get the baby t stop crying, the baby seems like they are in pain....the baby isn't latching on..my baby seems too sleepy
