Abington Dixon waiting list?

So I have applied to Abington Dixon son for the fall 2015. I got my letter today and was placed on a wait list. I know what a "wait list" is but could someone shed a little light on the whole thing for me? The only thing I can think of is because I have a few more classes to finish. My grades and GPA are great. I'm now thinking of not stressing myself out this summer with school ( on top of the kids, house, hubby etc...) and then just hold off for next year. I'm soo aggravated right now and I just need a little insight from all you lovely nurses lol. Thanks!
