New job as hosp educational coordinator any advice?

I have recently taken a job as the Education Coordinator and Employee Health nurse at a 85-bed rural hospital. I am an associate degree RN with 8 yrs ER experience, 2 years home health & 1 year teaching an LPN class. I am responsible for staff education for the entire hospital - all departments. Any resources or advice?
