Career advice

I was a pediatric nurse for three years. My floor was a very high acuity stpedown unit where I gained a lot of experience working with all kinds of patients.

I recently switched gears and I am currently doing home care with adults. I am starting to realize that I do not like direct patient care and I am hoping I did not make the wrong career choice. I will have my bsn in five weeks and I would like to get a masters but really don't have a clue what I am going to do with myself. Does anyone have a suggestions?
