New grads

Where can I find easily an Entry-Level position at L&D, Mother/Baby or some area related to it? I have been searching job for a month and I just got an interview, that it didn't work because of a budget issue f the company. Anyway, most of these positions require some experience.Nut, I have to begin in somewhere to acquire it. Should I try to go to other specialty and then after 6 months or year transfer for L&D?
Please, help me because I am really frustrated it with all this search.
Also, should I put on my resume's objective that I am an entry-level RN?

Thank you for the advices. I have been trying in every hospital with 30 miles from my home to improve the chances..Carol

I got my first interview already for a PP department. But the manager said that they couldn't hire me because of a tight budget, because the hospital is a Catholic. Even tough, she said that I was really well at the interview. But, for me it didn't make sense if they couldn't hire anyone why they where doing interviews? Anyway, I am just going to keep trying it.Carol
