What dept would you suggest and Should I get a master

Hello,

I was hoping to find out some information on my future in nursing. I am currently in the nursing program and I wanted to know, which dept would you guys suggest.

I have done Med surge, Psych ward and thats about it.

Can you guys also tell me the pay difference between Psych, ER, ICU med surge etc..

Obviously the pay rate differential would help alot.

I want to get my masters but what for in nursing and what can I do with that?

Also I wanted to know what certifications I may pursue after I gradute., like forensic nursing, which I know nothing about.

So if anyone can lay down some advice and experience:typing that would be awesome. Location too? LA Hawaii etc

Personally I want to certify in something but I don't exactly know my options. I like Psych but I love helping bedside.
