I am recent college graduate with limited work experience, can I still get a pharmaceutical sales job?

I think that decision would be up to the company that was hiring you. Pharm sales jobs require the reps to engage in lots of 'face time' with physicians. They generally require people who are knowledgable and comfortable in the medical arena with expert knowledge of the product. The same goes for medical equipment sales. I know at least 6 ex ICU nurses who have made the transition - & loving their new roles.
