resume help for nurse with 1 year experience

I have one year of experience as a nurse and am looking to explore another area of nursing. Do I still include my school clinical experience info on my resume? And as a second career nurse, should I include my non-nursing work experience?

Not sure about what is standard practice for US resume but I like to see at least the last 5 - 10 years experience on paper. Obviously for new grads that's not always possible so school experience is important. It doesn't have to say masses but a brief outline of what you have done before
