nurse refresher courses

Does anyone know if I take a nurse refresher course in one state is it good in another state. I hold an active Fl lic. but I am in TX part of the year and want to obtain a lic.I would take the course in TX. I have not worked in more than 6 years, so I would have to take a refresher for any state anyway . Thanks for help B
TGCAP, yes you can take the course and clinicals in Texas with a Texas Temporary permit. Activate license in Texas then do Endorsement for Florida. Check the Endorsement Rules on Florida's site to be sure. But, I know it defiinetely meets Texas criteria. Be sure to check North Harris Community College and San Jacinto Community College.
