Wondering about Care Coordination Companies

Hello everyone. I currently work for various care coordination companies performing in-home nursing assessments for LTC insurance companies. I would like to work for more such companies. Does anyone know the names of any companies currently hiring RN's? Also, does anyone know any insurance companies that actually direct hire RN's to work in their medical claims areas or work from home? I so enjoy this type of work, but the recession has caused a decrease in assignments.
