Hello fellow Nurses,

I have my license almost a year now and cannot find a job as an RN. I am in the East Coast.
I have tried every method that is out there...but no one will budge.
Any suggestions/advice? Or What worked for you?
I feel I have been patient with all the hiring people for very long.
