Graduate Nurse Job

HeLlo,
So I am a graduate nurse. I am done in a week. I Have been applying for jobs just about anywhere, but there are no GN jobs available. Currently I am in Florida, but i am willing to move to Dallas TexaS, Chicago, IL, Maryland, Mass. I would like to do PCU nursing. Does anyone have any advice or know of any place that is actually offering a Graduate Nurse Internship? Thanks
