lvn to rn bridge program - please help

hi all,
hope somebody can answer me this questions. my wife is an lvn and we are looking for a school in LA area that offers an lvn to rn bridge program. Also I heard that the LA County hospital is offering a program. What are the equirments for the county hospital? Does anyone have some experience to share with us about the program? Any help would be greatly appretiated...THANKS
