LVN or RN program?

Hi to anyone who has ever been in the LVN program or RN program.
I need help trying to figure out what to do I don't know if to enter the Lvn pro then go to the ladder to the RN.
Or should i stick to the RN prog.
Please if you guys have any advice i would really appreciate it.

If you have the time on your hands, pursue the RN license because it will enable you to have more opportunities at your disposal, higher pay rates, and a wider scope of practice.However, if you are desperate to jump into the nursing workforce as quickly as possible, the LVN program might be a good idea depending on where you live. I can tell that you live in California based on your previous posts. Be aware that the nursing job market is bad for RNs in most parts of California at the present time, and even worse for LVNs due to the recession.
