Foreign Nurse unexperienced first job as RN in the US..advice pls.

Hi, this is my 4th week as an RN here in the US. I am a foreign graduate, and the transition is hard for me. Ive been out of school for 3yrs now and never work as an RN since graduation. I used to work as a Nursing assistant on both Long term care and Acute Care for more than a year. But right now, I'm having hard time..It feels like all new to me. My target is to be able to hold my 4 loads in one shift but I can only handle 2-3 right now. I sometimes get confused and who to check first or get panic when something come up and I need advice in organizing my work. Please I need advice... thanks.
