reentering nurse vent

I am a military spouse I have moved eight times in the last twenty one years , I have over two hundred credits from six different schools and I still do not have a bacheo degree. I have just been informed that I am past the five year limit for the RN - BSN program I was enrolled in so I must find another school. My spouse will retire in four years, I currently over seas on a very limited base with only a clinic with 18 months to go here. I have been unable to find a clinical site due to slow in asking and my preceptor deployed at the last minute. What would you do in my shoes, I am out of money, and unsure about loans. I am certified in med/surg ancc and cmsrn. Should I return to the states and make enough money to pay for classes and hopefully get another clinical site at that place of employment? There are no jobs availablehere for nurse or much else. I can not come up with a plan B or C at this time.
