Working on Military Base- Directly for Gov or through agency?

Hi all-
I am a new LPN grad. I live near Army base and wanted to ask everyone for opinions on difference between applying/working on base directly for gov or going through Spectrum Health. Does anyone have any insight? Whats the difference as far as type of work? Benefits? Pay? Thanks in advance-
