Average salary in California

I'm a new grad and I've been applying for RN positions at hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. The majority of the applications ask for desired pay and I have no clue what to put here, I dont want to aim too low or too high. Can anymore give me some advice on average how much RNs earn in California.
