Career Ladder: Salary Increase?

I almost due for my annual evaluation. I have 2 yrs of experience and I was told that based on the career currently in place at Baptist (Miami, Fl) the hourly rate for the-beginner nurse (2 yrs exp) is about $26.84. Does anyone knows if this is accurate? What's the increase at your place based on the experience? Thanks
Actual salaries can vary a lot from one facility to another, even in the same local area. I work at two different hospitals about 1 hour apart, one union and the other not. The union hospital pays about $5/hr more than the non-union hospital. There are 3 large hospitals in between those two and the pay rates vary approximately $3/hr between the lowest paying and the highest, but all are union and pay at least $4-$5/hr more than the non-union hospitals in the area. All of this is to say that it's difficult to tell if your wage is reasonable or not. Plus, you don't actually say how much your raise is. I got a raise last month of $1.25/hr at the union hospital, none at the non-union hospital, but I'm not sure if that information is helpful.

Our increases for experience are $0.40/hour for each year of experience.
