any thoughts on U of M hospitals and Clinics and hospital recommendations

I'm thinking about making a big move to the U.S. One of the places I'm looking at is U of M in Ann Arbor. I've heard that U of M, clinics and hospitals are some of the top 10 in the country, but what I want to know is how they are in terms of nursing job satisfaction?

I'm also looking for any recommendations in terms of other hospitals near there, or in Seattle. I have nothing set in stone yet, but I know I'm looking to continue in adult health care, specializing in telemetry and/or step down units as this is where all my experience has been in the last 2 1/2 years.
